Meeting – 3:
This is where you get to see some concepts our team have come up with based on the specifications of your designs and home. At this stage we will be able to provide a more accurate indication of pricing for the concepts. This is also where we will go over fixtures, fittings and the finish on products you want as well as the building process. We are also happy to make any changes to our concepts you may decide you need at this time.
Meeting – 4:
A detailed quote will be provided at this stage. Breaking down every cost, making it easy to follow. Our final designs will also be presented at this stage for your consideration.
If you are satisfied with our designs, pricing and scope of works and wish to continue on your home improvement then a preliminary contract will be signed by both parties. An initial deposit will also be required.
Once a preliminary contract has been signed, our team at Terramyer are happy to fine tune the design and scope of works to your complete satisfaction. We will also prepare all the necessary documentation to complete our work such as soil reports, drawings, 6 star energy rating, specifications, engineering plans and computations (if required) along with a standard Master Builders Home Improvement Contract for your perusal.
Once you are completely satisfied with everything – the contract will be signed by both parties and a warranty insurance certificate obtained for the process of obtaining a building permit (if required).
A start date will be provided. If a building permit is required then the start date would generally be with a few weeks of obtaining the building permit.
